On The Boulevard
On The Boulevard is a business association whose goal is to promote, rejuvenate, and beautify the Martin Luther King JR. Blvd corridor from I-96 to I-496 in Lansing and to bring about a rebirth of community pride for the area we live, work and worship.
As MLK is just minutes from downtown, it is the gateway to the capitol. It is also the most heavily-trafficked roadway in South Lansing and the second-busiest surface street in the Lansing Metropolitan Area, with some stretches of the boulevard seeing as many as 27,600 vehicles per day.
